Refund and Returns Policy
Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Non-returnable items include perishable goods, gift cards, downloadable software, and personal care items.
- To initiate a return, contact our support team at demo@email.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If you haven’t received a refund after this period, please check with your bank or payment provider. If issues persist, contact us at demo@email.com.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us with your order number and photos of the issue.
- If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Exceptions
- Sale items are non-refundable unless defective.
- Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
